Prepare a small source set and a clear output

Luke tests TicNote Cloud’s Shadow Agent on three scenarios: a transcript-to-presentation task, a report from brain-dump files and audio, and a combined summary of three meetings. These examples help separate formatting, synthesis and decision tracking instead of judging a note taker only by a polished summary.

  1. Open https://ticnote.com/?via=ailuke and follow the setup section at 1:41 for the relevant hardware, upload or Chrome-extension route. Use material you are comfortable processing in that service.
  2. Keep the original files and identify the expected output for each test. Label meeting dates and distinguish spoken proposals from decisions that participants actually agreed.

Review slides and the mixed-source report

The first test requests a 10-slide presentation from a transcript at 3:04. The second creates a structured report from messy files and audio at 4:46. Useful structure should clarify the source material without adding conclusions that the inputs cannot support.

  1. Generate the presentation and compare all ten slides with the transcript. Check the main points, names, numbers and whether the slide sequence preserves the original explanation.
  2. Create the mixed-source report and inspect how related notes were grouped. Follow important claims back to the relevant file or audio passage, retaining gaps where the input is incomplete.

Track changes across three meetings

The third test at 6:04 combines three meetings into one project summary. The valuable check is chronology: a later decision can supersede an earlier proposal, while an unanswered question should remain open. A fluent final paragraph can otherwise conceal those differences.

  1. Compare the combined summary with the meetings in date order. Check each decision, owner and unresolved item against the meeting that supports it.
  2. Look for changed decisions, contradictions and missing information. Correct the summary and retain the source references so another reader can see what changed over time.

The takeaway

Assess the agent by fidelity to the inputs and clarity of decisions across time. Attractive slides and a coherent report are useful when their claims remain traceable.
