Connect and research a specific category

Thanks to Maxfusion for sponsoring this video.

The video connects Maxfusion through Claude desktop’s Customize and Connectors, then searches protein coffee ads. The product is an ad platform accessible through MCP.

  1. Connect the documented Maxfusion MCP route and verify its tools appear.
  2. Set a country, result count and sorting choice for the TikTok search.
  3. Analyse the 20 returned ads and request three shortlisted references with a reason for each.

Write an original rebuild plan

Luke uses a fictional French vanilla protein coffee called Vela. Analyse the reference’s hook, shot list, pacing and payoff rather than copying its brand claims.

  1. Break the selected reference into shots and identify the purpose of each.
  2. Write the new product brief and rules for what must stay accurate.
  3. Supply a reference photo and record a clean voiceover; the video uses QuickTime and Auphonic.
  4. Generate the talking shots, then judge lip-sync, accents and product consistency.

Assemble and vary the creative

The demonstration includes faceless, captioned and re-voiced variants. These are different production choices, not proof that one will convert better.

  1. Review the assembled ad with sound and check every spoken claim.
  2. Create the variants from the approved sequence, changing one important variable at a time.
  3. Name and save the variants so any later A/B test can be traced back to its inputs.

The takeaway

The assistant coordinates research and generation; creative approval stays with the person making the ad.
