Use Claude and Perceptis to turn an audit into an editable deck
A five-slide experiment shows why a precise brief, controlled revisions and an export check belong in the same presentation workflow.

This walkthrough starts with a cluttered slide from an earlier website audit. The question is whether Claude and Perceptis can turn the material into a clearer, editable presentation. The experiment compares a basic prompt with a more precise brief, then builds a five-slide PowerPoint.
The published description emphasises evidence and a specific decision to support. That gives the drafting task a purpose beyond making the slides look polished. The video introduces four clarity rules, but the description does not spell them out, so this companion does not invent a substitute list.
Connect the presentation tool
The recorded setup uses Perceptis from Claude’s connector directory. The published instructions explicitly say that this route does not require a custom connector or server address. The steps below reproduce the documented route, which may need checking if the interface changes.
- In Claude, open Customize → Connectors → Discover.
- Search for Perceptis and select Connect.
- Sign in to Perceptis using Google or Microsoft.
- In a chat, open + → Connectors and check that Perceptis is enabled.
Build, revise and inspect the export
After generating the five-slide deck, the walkthrough asks Perceptis to improve one slide while preserving the rest. A focused revision makes the requested change easier to inspect than asking for a general improvement across everything at once.
The export is then opened in Keynote to check text, shapes and chart data. That check is especially relevant when a deck must remain editable for client work. A preview image cannot tell you whether the underlying objects or data will still be available in the exported file.
The final pass asks Perceptis to tighten the whole deck, followed by a judgement about whether it is ready to send. The stated result still needs human review. In particular, the proposed shared-template explanation remains a hypothesis, and no increase in bookings has been measured.
There is another distinction to keep when watching: the opening redesign is a prepared comparison, rather than the AI-generated result. Use it to understand the presentation problem, then judge the actual generated slides and exported file on their own evidence.
The takeaway
Give the deck a clear decision and evidence, revise deliberately, and inspect the editable export before treating it as client-ready.
