## Choose the source row and image template

The November 2025 tutorial uses n8n, Google Sheets, Templated, ChatGPT and Blotato to turn tweets into image posts. The retained design destination is https://templated.io?via=AILUKE. The source compares the workflow with Alex Hormozi’s team; it does not independently verify that team’s exact operating process.

The full overview begins at 1:15 and the Google Sheets trigger at 2:51. Inspect the text selected for the image and decide how it should appear in the design. A row becoming available and a post being approved are different states to keep understandable in a recurring workflow.

1. Choose one source row for a small test.
2. Inspect the fields that feed the design and caption steps.
3. Keep the original wording available for comparison with the generated outputs.

## Inspect the image and caption independently

Templated design begins at 4:47, followed by ChatGPT caption generation at 7:50. The description names ChatGPT 4.1 for captions. Keep that model reference attached to the recording instead of assuming the same route or terms remain available today.

Review the rendered image for clipping, line breaks and text accuracy. Then read the caption for what it adds: context or a useful explanation, without an invented result or a claim absent from the source. A successful template render does not guarantee a good caption.

1. Check the image at the intended display size.
2. Compare its text with the source row.
3. Read the complete caption and inspect any link or claim before passing it onward.

## Check the publishing handoff before repetition

Blotato publishing appears at 8:55, with daily operation at 11:12. The description targets LinkedIn and Facebook. Inspect the intended account, full image and caption as a single proposed post, then check the actual delivery result when testing the route.

Use one traceable example before relying on the daily schedule, and keep failures or missing output visible. The title’s viral language does not establish measured audience performance. The recorded workflow demonstrates content production and publishing configuration; it does not prove that every repeated run succeeds or that automated volume improves engagement.

## The takeaway

Keep source text, rendered image, caption and destination aligned, and inspect one complete delivery before expanding the recurring workflow.
