## Turn the idea into a reviewable plan

Luke’s November 2025 walkthrough builds a motivational-quotes website with TRAE Solo Coder. The description presents planning, frontend, backend and database work alongside concurrent tasks and integrations. Treat the quotes project as the actual example; the wider feature list does not establish that every named service was fully tested in that build.

1. Open the retained product destination, https://tinyurl.com/yreuszv5, and follow the installation and interface overview at 0:36. Define the site’s audience, visible quote content and the main interaction you want to support.
2. Review the project plan at 1:12 before accepting implementation. Identify which tasks change the interface, data or infrastructure and what evidence will show each one is complete.

## Inspect concurrent work and the branch history

The build begins at 2:40, parallel tasks at 3:45 and tool management at 5:48. GitHub setup, branching and automatic merges appear at 7:47. Parallel activity can speed progress while also producing changes that need to be assessed together before they become a reliable application.

1. Read the available diffs and logs for each task and compare them with its assigned scope. Open the browser preview and check that the interface uses the intended data rather than placeholder content.
2. Inspect the branch changes before accepting a merge. Run the main user flow on the combined version and look for conflicting edits or schema changes that affect another part of the app.

## Add real content and check the deployment

The sequence adds real quotes and fixes UI issues at 10:30, then deploys to Vercel inside TRAE at 12:55. Data collection and schema changes are part of the project, so a visual improvement alone does not prove the information is correctly stored or displayed.

1. Check quote wording and attribution against the source material you are permitted to use. Inspect the saved records and the page displaying them, then retest the interface after the schema or content changes.
2. Open the actual deployed URL and repeat the checked flow. Compare content, layout and data behaviour with the local preview and preserve the working revision and unresolved issues for the next update.

## The takeaway

Use plans, diffs and previews to assess the agent’s work. The completed site is the checked combination of code, data and deployment, not the number of tasks running in parallel.
