## Turn the tutorial into a plan

Thanks to HighLevel for sponsoring this video.

The demonstration uses Luke’s own HighLevel tutorial and an existing motorhome business site. A tutorial supplies a method; the business supplies the actual content and requirements.

1. Provide the exact tutorial and existing website.
2. Describe the enquiry fields, intended customer journey and CRM stages.
3. Review Codex’s plan before browser work, checking that it preserves the real business details.

## Build the connected flow

Codex creates a website, enquiry form, automation and CRM pipeline in HighLevel. Each piece must connect to the next.

1. Review the generated website and test its navigation and primary calls to action.
2. Inspect the form fields and the trip details that should reach the CRM.
3. Check the automation’s trigger and intended pipeline destination before submitting a test.

## Trace a test enquiry

Luke submits a test enquiry and finds an opportunity with trip details attached. The availability link still needs fixing.

1. Submit a clearly labelled test enquiry.
2. Find the resulting contact or opportunity and verify the exact trip details.
3. Inspect the automation result and pipeline stage.
4. Fix and retest the availability link and other remaining issues before a client launch.

## The takeaway

Judge the end-to-end flow by the actual saved enquiry. The recorded build is a test and review candidate, not evidence of a completed client launch.
