## Define the public extraction task

The July 2025 walkthrough introduces BrowserAct as a no-code agent for website data collection through natural-language instructions. Its original resource is https://lukejb.short.gy/BrowserAct. The concrete demonstration extracts GitHub Trending repositories into CSV, giving the workflow a specific source and output to inspect.

Agent creation starts at 3:00 and the extraction at 4:39. Decide which records and fields matter before running the job. The title’s any-website claim is not evidence of universal access or complete coverage, and the advertised 1,000 daily credits are historical offer terms.

1. Choose the public page and the information needed from each record.
2. Follow the recorded agent-creation route.
3. Run a small extraction whose rows can be compared with the source.

## Inspect the CSV rather than only the browser activity

A visible browser run can show progress without establishing that every intended row was collected correctly. Open the CSV and compare a sample against the page, including names and links. Check whether the same record was repeated or useful information was omitted.

Filtering and automation are covered at 7:21. Apply a clear selection rule and inspect both included and excluded examples. Keep the collection date and source with the output when the downstream task depends on what was visible at a particular time.

1. Open the exported CSV and inspect its fields.
2. Compare representative rows with GitHub Trending.
3. Check duplicates, missing values and the effect of the filter.

## Separate integrations and roadmap from the test

The description mentions API use with Zapier, Make and n8n, plus a roadmap at 5:49. A proposed integration and a working transfer into your own system are different states. Check a small handoff before increasing the volume or scheduling repeated collection.

The source also advertises ad blocking, residential IPs and bypass-related features. This companion describes public-source extraction and does not provide instructions to evade access controls. The useful result is a source-checkable file; the recording does not establish current access to every site or that every announced future feature shipped.

## The takeaway

Judge the extraction by the saved rows and their sources, then test the integration that will consume them.
